Not customs or legal advice

MetalAttest provides data for the importer's and customs broker's review. We do not classify goods and we do not give customs or legal advice. Your licensed customs broker decides classification and files the entry. The scope reference reproduces CBP's published lists for HTS numbers you look up; the calculator performs arithmetic on the weights you enter. Neither determines the classification, origin, or duty treatment of any product.

What we collect

When you submit a form we store what you typed (company, email, SKU count, HTS codes, broker name, and any optional fields) plus the page source (UTM tags/referrer) in our database hosted by Supabase. We use it only to contact you about the pilot, Sprint or broker pilot. We don't sell it. Ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any email from us. Site analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Pledges and letters of intent

A deposit commitment is a promise to pay $99 on invoice when your Proof Pack Sprint starts, credited toward the $490 Sprint and refundable if we cannot start within 30 days or you cancel before kickoff. No card is charged on this site today. Broker letters of intent are non-binding.
